Q: What is your favourite food to cook?

A: Steak and fresh Atlantic lobster.

Q: What is your fondest memory from the family kitchen?

A: Having Sunday dinner as a family. My mom’s roast, wild duck in the fall.

Q: What kitchen aromas bring back fond memories?

A: Coming home from school and smelling the preserves that my mom would be preparing.

Q: Do you use cookbooks when you’re cooking?

A: Yes. I use Good Housekeeping (magazine).

Q: How did the first meal you prepared turn out?

A: I was in the police force at the time and making dinner for four other officers. The spaghetti dinner was fabulous but the sauce was very watery.
