Peggy Draper, the former school board member, pleaded guilty to 11 charges on Monday.
The 59-year-old former representative of Waverley-Fall River pleaded guilty to nine charges of theft over $5,000, one count of theft under $5,000, and one count of attempted fraud. Eight charges of fraud will be dismissed.
Draper will be back in court on Feb. 20 for sentencing.
In 2006, police alleged Draper, also a former Bedford town councillor, failed to repay 10 people a total of $470,000. She was also booted from the school board that year for missing too many meetings.
