Maybe you’re craving wings. Or just the sauce. You can indulge in both at Duff’s.
We start with Duff’s Buffalo Shrimp ($8.95) that’s lightly breaded, smothered in your choice of sauce and served with your choice of dip. We get Medium-Hot that Duff’s swears is “very hot,” but I’d disagree — hot will do. It’s impossible to taste the shrimp underneath all this.
My companion gets 10 Famous Wings ($10.25) — Medium-Hot — served with celery and dipping sauce. Some wings are cold. The Dill dip is fantastic, fresh and zippy without being heavy.
Duff’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich ($10.45), crispy breaded chicken breast on a soft bun, is smothered in your choice of sauce, topped with lettuce, tomato and onions and served with fries. Hot Honey Garlic sauce, which again isn’t quite hot, is nonetheless a nice combination of sweet and slight heat. I know there’s potential here. I tasted it.
