Halifax Dunbrack has a new foe in the way of winning a Nova Scotia Soccer League Premiership men’s championship.
Dunbrack, which has lost in the provincial final to Halifax City the past two years, will face Suburban FC tonight at 8:30 p.m. at Mainland Common.
City, the three-time defending champion, didn’t make the playoffs this year, and Dunbrack and Suburban have been the cream of the crop all summer.
“The two teams that went for the younger, fast-paced, more athletic teams are meeting in the finals, and it’s no coincidence,” Dunbrack head coach Alan Jazic said.
