Shooting rattles southeast neighbourhood
By Jeremy Nolais
Residents on Radcliffe Crescent SE received a rude awakening this morning as shots rang out shortly after 5 a.m.
No one was injured in the incident, but one home was left with visible bullet holes on its exterior.
Nearby resident Kamran Aslam was making milk for his child when he heard two shots fired.
“It sounded like a big gun,” he said.
“We were scared.”
Sgt. Shawn Goertzen confirmed there were people inside the home at the time of the incident, but said police are still investigating.
“It was a fluke that no one was hurt,” he said.
