Eat well, dress well — and always moisturize

Design Inc. host and co-producer Sarah Richardson.

Sarah Richardson, host and co-producer, Design Inc., airing Tuesday evenings on HGTV:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: Yonka Moisturizing Lotion comes in a frosted spritz bottle. At the end of a long shoot day it’s a great reviver. It’s also a must-have on long plane trips.

And L’Oréal Futur-e moisturizer with SPF 15; having built-in SPF is a lifesaver. Quo lip gloss is what I would take if I were stranded on a desert island. Unfortunately, they’ve discontinued it. It’s going to be a sad day when I run out.

Q: Describe your style?

A: Tailored, elegantly casual, hopefully a bit sexy and fun depending on the occasion.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Weekends on Georgian Bay. There’s nothing like wind, waves, rocks and sun to keep life in balance.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I don’t snack between meals. I don’t buy prepared packaged meals. I never eat fast food, ever!

Peachez, pick-up guru and panellist on the Comedy Network’s Keys To The VIP.

Peachez, one of the pick-up gurus on Keys To The VIP, airing Tuesday nights on the Comedy Network:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I’m a pretty nuts-and-bolts guy when it comes to toiletries. My essentials include Lever 2000 Body Wash, Motions shampoo and conditioner and Spectro-Gel face wash.

Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion with vitamin E is also a favourite. Taking care of one’s skin is imperative, especially when getting close to your significant other.

Q: Describe your style?

A: I’m constantly evolving and exploring different types of clothing. I believe clothes should express one’s personality, not suppress it. I always aim to wear an interesting article of clothing or piece of jewelry when I head out. They can become the perfect prop when attempting to facilitate conversations.

Q: How do you keep things in perspective?

A: Recognizing that your death is guaranteed will always put things in perspective. Being aware of the clock that silently ticks away encourages me to try to enjoy every moment I have on this earth.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I’m what some would refer to as a gym rat. I spend four to five days a week working out for one and a half hours. I rotate days between weightlifting and cardio.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I focus my attention on monitoring my calorie intake and making sensible choices when it comes to what I eat.
