EDMONTON - An Edmonton man convicted of running a prostitution business has been sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Vishva Juneja, 64, a former driving instructor with Alberta Defensive Driving School, was found guilty in April of procuring, living off the avails of prostitution and operating a common bawdy house.

During his trial court heard police evidence of condoms, private rooms and boards with descriptions of each woman.

Women also testified that Juneja instructed them on how to talk about sex, minimum charges and how big a cut he would get.

Police alleged that Juneja used his position as a driving instructor to recruit women to work at one of his massage parlours.

Juneja also had his business licence revoked along with his driving instructor licence.
