Enter the world of ‘globally eclectic style’ at Luxe Condominiums

The fact that convenience and luxury intermingle so well at Luxe Condominiums is no doubt convenient.

Located a few baby-steps away from the Yonge-and-Finch subway, GO Transit and VIVA bus connections, the newest Menkes development is a short commute away from downtown while still able to keep its sense of independence from the more stressful sides of the downtown bustle.

Mimi Ng, vice-president of marketing for Menkes, says inside and out Luxe aims for a look and feel that oozes sophistication and modernity.

“We’re trying to take the namesake of the project and translate those design elements to set a luxurious tone,” Ng said.

Contemporary glass and pre-cast exteriors highlight the two tall condo spires with crisp, modern lines topped with dramatic steel frame caps.

Interior luxury takes shape first in the richly detailed lobby, with tall, gorgeous wooden beams reaching into alternating circular and rectangular impressions in the ceiling, colour-shifting LED lighting and curved seating alcoves outfitted with textured sculptural chairs.

The Luxe Lounge, appointed with glorious dark woods and cream-coloured finishes, acts as a centrepiece entertainment space with a caterer’s kitchen, party room with bar and plenty of room for dining and entertaining.

Inside the development’s varied one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites high quality fittings including designer cabinetry, granite countertops, engineered wood flooring and porcelain tiles ensure the luxury motif continues past the entrance door.

Keeping things modern without going over the top is Luxe’s trademark, Ng says.

“It’s a globally eclectic style — the spaces are dramatic but still keeping a stylish, classic element. There is some drama but nothing too over the top. We want to make each residence a real haven for people,” Ng said.
