Now that he’s split from Amy Winehouse, Blake Fielder-Civil is dishing on the wilder times in their marriage, including a night when Winehouse almost died of an overdose after a three-day drug binge.
“Her eyes suddenly went blank. She started having a fit on the bed. She slid down on to the floor before I could stop her,” he told the Sun. “I thought she was dying in my arms.” Fielder-Civil says even he pressured her to sober up: “She had everything going for her. But she ended up behaving badly just to shock. After a while that just becomes a bore. I wanted her to stop.”
