It’s another Halifax City-Halifax Dunbrack men’s final in the Nova Scotia Soccer League Premiership.
City, the two-time defending champions, defeated Valley United 2-0 at Mainland Common in Saturday’s semifinals to advance to its seventh consecutive provincial final.
Dunbrack, which won the regular-season pennant with a 13-0-1 record, had a bye to the championship game. It’s the third straight year the two teams have met for the title.
In women’s action, Halifax Dunbrack edged Scotia 1-0 in overtime and moves on to face defending national champion Halifax City in the final. That game is tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Mainland Common, with the men following at 8:30 p.m.
