Finding ways to keep positive

Natalie Krill

Natalie Krill, actress, plays Molly McBride on CBC’s new series MVP:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: Lately I have been using Yonka facial products. They are fantastic, especially the toner. My favourite is Nivea Face Cream. Every woman in my family uses Nivea.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: Meditation, dancing, painting and yoga. These are all great ways to release negativity, stay positive and focus on what truly is important in life.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I think the key is to not overeat. I try not to eat too many foods that are processed and junk. I enjoy lots of fruit and veggies. I like different kinds of food. My mom always says you need a little fat in your diet because that’s what gives you a little sparkle!

Raymond Ablack

Raymond Ablack, actor, plays Sav on Degrassi: The Next Generation on CTV:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I don’t use any cosmetic or hair products. The way my hair is after a shower is the way it’s going to stay. I do love chocolate. Ferrero Rocher is my favourite.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I think we all freak out sometimes. I try to bring a positive attitude to anything I do. Also, I write songs and poems. It’s almost as if I can siphon out some of my stress onto paper.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I’ve been playing hockey for 13 years. I also walk a mile a day on my way to work. I work at Free The Children.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I have the worst eating habits! I guess admitting it is the first step to making some positive changes?
