WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Five members of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula were killed in a U.S. military strike last week in Yemen, U.S. Central Command said in a statement on Wednesday.
The strike was conducted in Yemen's Marib Governorate on Oct. 21, the statement said. It did not say how the strike was carried out.
