HAMILTON, Ont. - A fourth man allegedly connected to a prisoner's brazen escape from custody in Hamilton has been arrested in Alberta.

RCMP in St. Albert, just northwest of Edmonton, notified Hamilton police last night that 20-year-old Aram Hadi had been arrested.

Three other men allegedly involved in helping Fawad Nouri escape his prison guards at Hamilton General Hospital on Nov. 24 are already in custody.

Nouri was being escorted out of the hospital when two armed and masked men jumped the two guards and freed the 25-year-old.

Nouri - who was in custody on charges of armed robbery and forcible confinement - was arrested with two other alleged accomplices within days of the escape.

Hamilton Police are now co-ordinating Hadi's return from Alberta.
