Events surrounding the G20 summit scheduled for Toronto this June have forced the Canadian edition of a conference devoted to vampire pop culture from its venue.
Toronto’s loss is Ottawa’s gain, since TwiCon — originally conceived to celebrate the Twilight series of books and movies, but has since expanded to include other segments of vampire pop culture — has been relocated to Lansdowne Park from June 25-27.
Actor Tinsel Korey, who plays Emily in New Moon, is scheduled to appear at Twi- Con as well as Sam Tram-mell and Joe Manganiello from True Blood.
