Mohandas “Mahatma” Gandhi — the peace-preaching father of Indian independence — was a pedophiliac bisexual racist, according to a new book.
“Great Soul” by author Joseph Lelyveld claims the assassinated leader known for his ideology of nonviolence held “nightly cuddles” with naked girls as young as 17. Lelyveld also says Gandhi was in love with German architect Hermann Kallenbach.
Gandhi is also said to have written racist slurs against black South Africans, saying: “Kaffirs are as a rule uncivilized.”
