Canadian Tulip Festival organizers announced that a speaking engagement by Bob Geldof scheduled for Saturday at the National Arts Centre was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.
The festival is working to reschedule the appearance, which was entitled From the Boomtown Rats to Live8: Lessons from Bob Geldof, for 2010.
Ticketholders may hold their tickets until rescheduling is confirmed, or get a refund at the National Arts Centre box office.
