The provincial government has announced that the 60th Nova Scotia general assembly will resume on Thursday, April 30, at 2 p.m.
The House last sat on Nov. 25, and both opposition parties have been attacking the government for the length of time that has passed since then.

It was announced in a government release that there won't be a speech from the throne, but the opening day will include regular house business, including question period.
