• Increase your physical activity levels. The key to a healthy lifestyle is eating well and exercise. If you’re not a big fan of the gym, try to incorporate more physical activity into your life as part of your daily schedule.

• Aim for 30-60 minutes of activity each day, such as brisk walking. Don’t worry, you don’t need to do it all at once! Some simple tips that will ramp up your activity include: Park further from your office building, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk to your colleague’s office instead of calling or sending an e-mail, or go for a walk on your lunch hour. By making small changes, you can make a big difference.
