Sex sells — or at least organizers of a new exhibition hitting Halifax hope so.
The first annual Everything To Do With Sex Show will open today at the Cunard Centre in Halifax.
“Erotica is no longer a bad word,” said the show’s manager Mikey Singer in a statement yesterday.
“Our show provides the very best entertainment for all of our attendees to explore their wilder sides whether it’s testing the latest and greatest in the toy industry, or simply just figuring out how to talk a bit naughty with their significant others.”
Among the highlights will be pole dancing demonstrations, lingerie fashion shows and body casting and painting.

There will be seminars on “tushie time,” and erotic talk to name a few. Entertainment on the Dungeon stage will feature performances entitled Adventurous Kinky Play 101, Sexy Girl Uninhibited, and Sumptuous Body Licks.
“There really is something for everyone, whatever taste and/or preference they may have,” Singer said.
The show made stops in London and Toronto in the fall, and will set up in Montreal in February.
The show opens today at 5 p.m. and runs until Sunday.
