Cheeks

Lips

Eyes
Use a pale eyeshadow as a wash colour all over the eyelid and blend upwards to the brow. Color Intrigue Eyeshadow in tulle by Elizabeth Arden, $23 at select retailers.
Using a liquid liner against the top lash line, make short feathery strokes out and upwards to achieve the desired thickness. When you get to the outside corner, lift your stroke upwards to give a small wing. Liquid Liner in Black Ink by Lise Watier $18 at select retailers.

Cheeks

Lips
Gently exfoliate dry or flaky lips by using a soft toothbrush or wet facecloth to remove dead skin, then use a lip balm.
Apply lipstick to your bottom lip only to start, sliding the tube back and forth several times. Gently press lips together and use your fingertip or a lip brush to distribute pigment evenly. For the perfect party pout all night long, first use a matching lip liner to colour in your entire mouth before you apply your lipstick.
