A Good Samaritan who was severely beaten when he helped a subway employee said he doesn’t regret trying to help.
Philly Roch, a local bar owner, tried to intervene when he saw two men acting aggressively towards a staff member on March 20. Roch doesn’t remember the attack and now has metal plates behind his right eye socket, and doctors had to repair his cheekbone, jaw and teeth.
Police are still looking for two suspects.
