Grassy Plains water main broken; police ask drivers to avoid area

Ottawa police have closed an area due to a broken water main.

Grassy Plains Drive between Apple Creek Crescent and Meadowbreeze Drive is closed due to a broken water main.

City of Ottawa crews are at the site assessing the situation.

The extent of damage and time needed to complete repairs are not known. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
