GUELPH, Ont. – Garret Sparks made 37 saves as his Guelph Storm shutout the visiting Niagara IceDogs 3-0 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.
Jason Dickinson had a goal and an assist for the Storm (20-19-5) while Zack Mitchell and Scott Kosmachuk had the others.
Christopher Festarini made 20 saves for the IceDogs (29-15-3), who lost for the first time in three outings.
Guelph went 1 for 5 on the power play while Niagara failed to score on seven opportunities with the man advantage.
