What’s in the cards for transit in the Lower Mainland?
TransLink is using a card game to determine the public’s planning priorities as a month of consultation to shape the future of transit in Metro Vancouver kicks off this morning.
“It’s Your Move” is an eight-person game that helps explain complicated transportation issues, while giving planners an idea of the public’s priorities.
Participants are asked to collaboratively build a transportation network with cards from one deck and pay for it using other cards from a second deck.
The month of public consultations begins today with the Greater Vancouver Livability Forum.
