Things are about to get real nasty, sweaty, sticky and hot on the East Coast as a heat wave comes in through the north east corner of the country.

New York, Boston and Philly will all be hit with temperatures upwards of 90 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday, with temperatures dipping into the 80s through the weekend.
