Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) butter, melted
• 2/3 cup (150 mL) crushed crackers
• 2 tbsp (25 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried basil
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
• 1 lb (500 g) cod fillets

Method:
1. Place butter in shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine crackers, cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in butter, then coat with crumbs.

2. Place in greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. (33 cm x 23 cm x 5 cm) baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF (200ºC) 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
