The president of the Universal Society of Hinduism is once again calling on Philadelphia-based firm Urban Outfitters to recall one of its products, calling the item inappropriate.

Statesman Rajan Zed in a statement on Tuesday is asking the company to pull a duvet cover that sells for $129 and depicts Lord Ganesha, a Hindu deity. In December, Zed asked Urban Outfitters to stop selling Lord Ganesh socks.

"Lord Ganesha was highly revered in Hinduism and was meant to be worshipped in temples or home shrines," Zed said in a statement, "and not to be slept upon."

Zed is also asking that Urban's president Richard A. Hayne and CEO Tedford Marlow to issue an apology to the group.

The duvet cover's design was done by Venezuelan-born graphic artist Valentina Ramos. It's priced at $129-$169.
