The Alliance to End Homelessness is releasing its 2008 report card on ending homelessness in Ottawa Tuesday.
The report, which evaluates the community‚s progress towards ending homelessness during the past year, tracks improvements and setbacks in response to the crisis of homelessness in the city.
It will provide grades based on comparing 2008 with 2007 in four areas: Income, housing, homelessness and length of shelter stays.

The report will also detail the five-year homelessness trend in Ottawa and include an urgent message from Ottawa's emergency shelters.
Another section of the report card will focus on "Made-in-Ottawa Solutions" to provide information on locally developed housing projects and strategies that are helping homeless people, as well as success stories from people who have benefited from them.
