Halifax regional council has awarded a $2.87-million contract to EllisDon Limited to help build the new Central Library for downtown Halifax.

Halifax regional council has awarded a $2.87-million contract to EllisDon Limited to help build the new Central Library for downtown Halifax. A release by HRM yesterday says the contract “is within the $55-million scope for the library.” The new library will be located on the corner of Spring Garden Road and Queen Street.
