Vauxhall teamed up with an acoustics specialist and discovered the interior of a car is one of the best places for budding singers. The study assessed the acoustics in a range of cars to find out how certain variables such as size could affect the sound of a voice.
It’s not just the musically minded who croon while they cruise along. The survey found a mighty 87 per cent of us admit to warbling behind the wheel. However, more than half of us (58 per cent) admit we can’t carry a tune.
