It’s healthy eats for these two

Dye

Josie Dye, host of Oh So Cosmo, airing on CosmopolitanTV Wednesday nights:

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I’m lucky that my mother owns a spa. Most of my cleansing products are free. I swear by Guinot skin care. I really like M.A.C cover-up and eye shadows. I also use Clinique mascara.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: My family grounds me. It’s great to have girl time with my sister and niece. My motto is to never forget where you come from.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I have three meals a day and never skip them. At night I love my cup of tea … it’s very relaxing and fat-free!

Starkman

Evan Starkman, the only Canadian competing in extreme challenge series The Gauntlet 3, airing on MTV Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT:

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I think everyone at times feels a little overwhelmed. I guess my best advice is not to be afraid to make mistakes.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: There are two rules I live by. Eat as much as you want as long as you are eating healthy. Don’t eat after 8 p.m.

Q: What products make you look and feel good?

A: I usually try and go for the just-got-out-of-bed look. American Crew Foaming Cream helps me make people think that I care about important stuff and don’t spend all my time staring at the mirror.
