Early this afternoon, JetBlue customers had a major case of the blues. Why? The Queens-based airline's website had a major meltdown, resulting in grounded and delayed flights and thousands of very unhappy customers.
"JetBlue Airways Corp's main website was down for at least some users Thursday afternoon as the low-cost airline said it was dealing with a power outage," Reuters reported.
Many customers took to Twitter to vent their frustrations, many of which received direct and personalized reponses from the airline.
