Early this afternoon, JetBlue customers had a major case of the blues. Why? The Queens-based airline’s website had a major meltdown, resulting in grounded and delayed flights and thousands of very unhappy customers. RELATED:Drone spotted near Logan Airport for second time in week “JetBlue Airways Corp’s main website was down for at least some users Thursday afternoon as the low-cost airline said it was dealing with a power outage,” Reuters reported.

Many customers took to Twitter to vent their frustrations, many of which received direct and personalized reponses from the airline.
