Keshia digs dancing, vitamins and lip gloss

Keshia Chanté

Keshia Chanté, singer/songwriter, sophomore release is 2U (Sony BMG):

Q: What makes you look and feel good?

A: I love my watermelon pink Stila lip gloss. I adore Oscar de la Renta’s Intrusion. I love to shower with Coconut Body Wash from the Body Shop.

While I’m on the road I take pictures of all the things I’m doing with my pink Sony Cybershot digital camera.

Q: Describe your style?

A: My style is sporty/sexy but fun and fresh. I like to wear sweats. My favourite things are jeans with a crop top hoodie. Whether I’m wearing clothes that are sophisticated or laid back, I like lots of accessories. I always have to be matching!

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Listening to Coldplay, hanging out in my cozy room and playing with my puppy.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I rehearse sometimes up to eight hours a day with my dancers. Dancing is a great way to keep fit and it’s also a lot of fun!

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I love food. I take vitamins everyday, drink a lot of water and keeping a positive attitude really helps!

Paul Venoit

Paul Venoit, celebrity makeup artist, Look Fab spokesperson:

Q: What makes you look and feel good?

A: Self tanners and tinted moisturizers really help balance out the skin … they help with your overall look. Because a bright smile is so important I keep Crest White strips in my toiletry bag for the occasional touch up. Let’s not forget Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum. It works miracles!

Q: Describe your style?

A: Uptown polish with a rock ’n’ roll edge. I follow trends to a certain extent but I think it’s more important to create a style of your own.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I go to the gym as often as I can, usually early in the morning. It really helps me release tensions and stay focused.

Q: What are your health-y eating habits?

A: Lots of water and vitamins! I take a multivitamin and supplements everyday to complement a diet of fresh fruit, vegetables and protein.
