Kim’s a fan of natural glam, Mark keeps it versatile

Kim Stockwood, singer/songwriter and member of a group called Shaye; a four-part documentary on Shaye is slated to air on E! in the fall:

Q: What products do you use that make you look and feel good?

A: I’m a big fan of Lancôme face cream and Renergie eye gel. My mom used Vaseline petroleum jelly for years, and I still use it. Great for lips.

Q: Describe your style?

A: Natural glam. I love jeans and I love dresses. I’m a big fan of not overdoing it.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I try to appreciate every minute I have. My two kids have put it all in perspective for me. Somebody said: “It’s not what you want but what you already have.”

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I used to be in great shape but I kinda stopped working out when I had my first child three and a half years ago. I’ve just started getting serious about it again. I enjoy running and I believe in a few basic toning exercises.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I’m a snacker and I think that has helped me. I eat little portions of things. I just love to sample everything. I believe you shouldn’t deprive yourself of anything.

Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?

A: A face lotion I really like is Aveda Botanical Kinetics Hydrating Lotion. It has a moist, silky feel to it. Just a little bit keeps my face moisturized all day.

Q: Describe your style?

A: I like to keep my wardrobe versatile. I buy clothes that can be worn during any fashion period. I think looking different from the pack is always better.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: I take time out to be alone and just think. Or I hang out with my friends and family and let loose, or I play basketball.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I stay fit by playing basketball. I also like kickboxing training, doing push ups and chin ups.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I like eating sensible, regular home cooked food. I’m not a fan of fast food though I do eat it sometimes. I eat my fruit and veggies and use a juicer.
