Michael Catenacci led the Rangers (32-13-1) with two goals, Andrew Crescenzi scored a goal and set up two more while Cody Sol had a goal and an assist.
Radek Faksa chipped in with three assists and Ryan Murphy ran his point streak to 15 in six games with a single assist.
Daniel Catenacci had two goals for the Attack (22-19-6) as Gemel Smith and Zach Nastasiuk scored one apiece.
John Gibson stopped 40 shots for the win while Jordan Binnington made 27 saves in a losing effort.
Kitchener went 3 for 4 on the power play as Owen Sound scored once on five opportunities with the man advantage.
