Lara likes Nivea Crème

Lara Doucette

Lara Doucette, host of CBC’s Exposure, airing Sunday nights:

Q: What products that you use make you look and feel good?

A: I like to use Nivea Crème before I go to bed. It is a beauty secret my grandmother shared with me. I also use natural, homemade face masks.

Q: Describe your style?

A: My style is random. Moon boots are good. Playful is great, no pretense please.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: My friends are the gold in my life. Their smiles and laughter help keep me happy and things in perspective.

Q: What things make life easier?

A: Comedy makes my life easier and the ability to laugh at my anxieties. I also steal moments by the sea to recharge.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: I avoid over-processed and heavily dyed junk. I like to eat natural food that resembles its source. I avoid diet extremes!

Drew Seeley

Drew Seeley, actor and singer, co-starred in High School Musical: The Concert; his debut album will be released next year:

Q: What product that you use make you look and feel good?

A: For my hair, I really like Crew gel and any kind of pomade. For photo shoots and theatrical productions it is required that I wear stage makeup, or I’ll look like a ghost. I find stage makeup makes me break out sometimes. My regular routine is that I wash my face.

Q: How do you keep life in perspective?

A: It’s been great to have been involved with High School Musical from the beginning. It has afforded me the opportunity to work on my solo LP.

I am very grateful. I take the time to enjoy everything that is happening. The Disney community has been gracious and helpful. They have made it easier for me to start my career in Los Angeles.

Q: How do you stay fit?

A: I’m the laziest guy ever. I really want to change that. I get a real workout dancing and moving all around the stage during the show. I do vocal warm-ups and stretches one hour before the show.

Q: What are your healthy eating habits?

A: Disney has sent a nutritionist out with the production for some dates of the tour. She advised us what to eat and what not to eat.

She gave us ideas of what to order at restaurants to keep our energy level up. I’m very conscious of what times to eat and portion control. My sweet indulgence is pecan pie. I love pies!
