LEAMINGTON, Ont. - Residents of Leamington, Ont., have filed about 200 applications for tornado relief funding.

 

Mayor John Adams says a dollar amount for the claims is not yet available.

 

Residents
who suffered property damage in a June 6 tornado could apply for a
maximum of $2,000 for work not covered by insurance.

 

The deadline to file was Wednesday.

 

The cleanup in Leamington, the hardest hit area, is about 90 per cent complete. (CHYR, CKLW)
