Show homes open Jan. 30 at a master planned waterfront community of 62 luxury residences located just north of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island.

Qualicum Landing stretches over 15 acres of rare, walk-on waterfront on a recreational destination known for its mild climate that has long been sought-after by buyers from Vancouver, Victoria and Alberta.

Its developer is holding an early-bird selection day on Feb. 6 with stand-alone luxury beach homes starting at $369,000.

“Nothing like Qualicum Landing existed in the area” said developer David Steele. “Some developments have close proximity to the water, or offer luxury built homes, but none of them have it all. That’s what makes us so unique.”

According to Steele, the community was thoughtfully designed and comes with an array of amenities that include a clubhouse, pool, fitness centre, owners lounge and waterfront garden. Phase one is complete and buyers are being offered a choice of seven floor plans.
