If Donald Trump wins the election in November, he’ll have one more impressive property to call home.
The real estate mogul has numerous residential properties, including a triplex penthouse in Manhattan’s Trump Tower, a historic Mar-a-Lago palace in Palm Beach, Florida, Seven Springs — a 60-room Bedford, New York summer home, his Trump Vineyard Estates in Charlottesville, Virginia, as well as his many golf course properties, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.
But who could forget, The Donald’s Hollywood home on Rodeo Drive. He reportedly bought two properties next door to each other, selling one in 2009. TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reports that the home, since expanded and updated is back on the market for $29.995 million.
Homes reportedly don’t come up for sale often in this part of Beverly Hills, located in the 800 block of Rodeo Drive only blocks from the Beverly Hills Golf Club to the west and even fewer blocks north to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The Greek Revival-style, 14,991-square-foot two-story home features a large white marble foyer and with a chandelier. There are 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as a pool and regulation-sized basketball and tennis courts. Situated on about three quarters of an acre, the property also features outdoor terraces designed in Carrara marble and with fountains.
