A 30-year-old man is dead after a Saturday morning hit-and-run in Brooklyn.

Around 8:30 a.m., a bicyclist, whose name had not been released at the time of this article, was on Church Avenue heading west when an Infiniti mowed him down without stopping, police said.

The accident occurred at the Nostrand Avenue intersection in East Flatbush.

The force of the impact damaged the car’s windshield, but even that was not enough to stop the driver who raced off without helping the victim.

The bicyclist was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Authorities are continuing to look for the car and the culprit.
