If you’re looking for a great deal for an apartment in Williamsburg, look no further, New York City affordable housing lottery is accepting applications in Williamsburg at two locations.

One of the latest Williamsburg developments accepting applications is located at 33 Ten Eyck Street. According to the housing application, they are looking to fill 14 newly constructed units in the building.

Some of the amenities in the apartment building include elevator, outdoor area, intercom and bike storage and laundry facilities

The building was constructed under the Low-Income Affordable Marketplace Program (LAMP) and the Low Income Rental Program (LIRP) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, so there are some requirements applicants need to meet before applying.

For those wishing to apply for this opportunity to live in Williamsburg, your annual income needs to be between $22,149 and $57,240. 

According to the application, if your annual household income is between $22,149 and $26,720 there you can get a one-bedroom apartment for $589 per month, but the catch is, there’s only one unit available at that price.  If your annual household income falls between $33,806 and $40,080 you can land a one-bedroom apartment for $929 per month. There are eight units available for that income range.

If you’re interested in applying for thee apartments, the deadline is July 24 to get your application in. Apply online or make sure your application is postmarked no later than the due date.

For those interested in another Williamsburg location, the affordable housing lottery is accepting applications for a newly constructed apartment building located at 174 North 11th Street. These apartments feature a common roof terrace, fitness center, vehicle parking, bicycle parking, and storage.

In this building, there are two apartments available for the monthly rent of $722. Your income needs to be in the range of $30,480 and $40,080.

Applicants must submit their application no later than July 28 to be considered for these apartments.
