WATCH: Couple fends off stranger trying to grab their baby in a Dunkin'Donuts

The suspect was arrested, but Philadelphia Police are still seeking the man and woman who left the shop with their child and didn't file a report.

Surveillance video inside a Center City Dunkin Donuts shows this man attempting to lift a baby out of its carriage on Tuesday, April 4. Police are seeking the parents, who fled without calling 911.

She only turned away for a moment.

A woman waiting in line in a Center City Dunkin' Donuts Tuesday morning was startled to see a stranger had reached into a carriage and put his hands on her baby.

Surveillance video released by the Philadelphia Police shows the bizarre incident unfold inside the shop at 14th and Locust streets.

The suspect can be seen slowly approaching the baby carriage, leaning over and placing both hands near the baby’s head.

That’s when the woman responded, pulling the baby and its carriage away. A moment later, a man who was with the woman can be seen shoving the suspect away. The couple quickly took their baby and carriage,  and exited the store.

The suspect was arrested a short time later, but police are seeking the identity of the couple, who never filed a report.
