Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Holley Chapman, met this week with the new judge in her client’s case to lobby for an early release from rehab, and Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan, thinks that’s a great idea, he tells Hollyscoop.
“UCLA’s program does not offer the treatment Lindsay needed or needs,” he tells the Web site. “Yes, Lindsay should get out of UCLA, but she needs to go into a program and get family therapy to resolve the issues that caused her problems.”
