Lindsay Lohan has put off her legal troubles for another two weeks, but
friends say she’s terrified that going back to jail is inevitable.

"I'm
not sure if she can survive this," a source tells Popeater. "She is so
terrified and frightened that we all fear her addictions will kick in
again to help her numb the fear."

During Lohan’s court appearance this
week, she and her lawyer declined a plea deal that would’ve involved
eight months in jail. But the judge in the case seemed to imply Lohan
couldn’t avoid ending up behind bars.

“I don't care that you're Lindsay
Lohan vs. Jane Doe," Judge Keith L. Schwartz told her. "This case does
involve jail time. Period. If you plead in front of me, you are going
to jail.”
