London defeats Windsor 5-2

LONDON, Ont. – Greg McKegg scored once and set up two more as the London Knights defeated the visiting Windsor Spitfires 5-2 on Friday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Max Domi, Seth Griffith, Ryan Rupert and Jared Knight had a goal apiece for the Knights (36-10-1) while Austin Watson chipped in with two assists.

Alexander Khokhlachev and Jordan Maletta each scored for the Spitfires (21-23-5), who failed to pick up at least one point for the first time in four outings.

Michael Houser made 33 saves for the win as Jaroslav Pavelka turned away 28 shots in defeat.

London went 2 for 6 on the power play while Windsor scored once on seven opportunities with the man advantage.
