Mayor Naheed Nenshi said he will be seeking answers to the possibility of lost money on the development of Louise Station.
Nenshi is questioning whether the land for the development — a mix of luxury condos, affordable housing, a fire hall and office space — was sold to the developers below market value.
“I’m going to be asking for two external experts; one in area of appraisal, one in the area of construction to help us go through the documents and understand what we’re doing and then we’ll determine next steps after that.”
