Mill Woods Two cousins are facing charges after a police officer was allegedly grabbed and struck in the chest during an arrest Wednesday afternoon in Mill Woods.

Another male was arrested while he was trying to hop a chain-link fence that surrounded a nearby parking lot, police said.

Daniel Robert Simons, 18, is charged with escaping lawful custody and was arrested on three outstanding warrants.
