VAUGHAN — Police have charged a man with voyeurism and assault after a hidden camera was found in a washroom of a business in Vaughan.
A man and woman were at Dragon’s Realm on Wednesday when the woman asked to use the washroom, and was followed by the owner who entered an adjoining room.
Police say the man went to the washroom to investigate, and discovered a camera on a tri-pod hidden on the other side of the washroom.
The man and woman confronted the store owner and contacted police.
Domenic Giorgio, 43, of Bolton, has been released and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket on Aug. 19.
Investigators believe there may be more alleged victims and ask anyone who may have information to contact police.
