A 39-year-old man is facing numerous charges after allegedly threatening to kill a family member, police and himself.
On Sunday, St. Paul RCMP responded to a complaint alleging that Dean Michael Bodnar had threatened to kill a relative and himself.
RCMP were able to gain entry into a residence and arrest Bodnar without incident. During this phase of the investigation, police located and seized a long-barrel firearm from the home.
It is further alleged that once he was in custody, Bodnar threatened to kill police the next time they deal with him.
Bodnar has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in St. Paul provincial court on Thursday.
