A man was killed Wednesday morning when he was pinned between a truck and a car in Lake Bonavista.
The man, in his 50’s, was half in the truck when it started to roll down an icy incline in the alley of the 1400 block of Lake Michigan Crescent SE, pinning him between the truck and a car at the side of the alley, police say.
Police and EMS said the man was pinned for an undisclosed amount of time, succumbing to his injuries on scene.
The Calgary police traffic unit is investigating the incident and will release more details later.
